Attentive staff, spectacular views of Buffalo's skyline, everything is fine. They provide many type of service - nice bar, reliable wi-fi, shuttle to the airport. And it is possible to park onsite.

Staying in the One-Bedroom Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed was a game changer! The room's unique layout provided ample space for my family to relax comfortably. We also enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast with fresh options.

It offered friendly and helpful staff, an excellent breakfast option, an outdoor pool, WI-FI, and a wide variety of TV channels.

Noisy neighbors, doors that slammed closed, and a bit too small bathroom for my taste.

The beds were extremely comfortable and they provie a choice of pillows. The room was clean and well kept. We felt safe walking from the hotel to the local restaurants and bars.

The elevator wasn't working which was very inconvenient. The staff on front desk didnt really know about the transport to Niagara which we found strange and we had to look it up online.

We stayed for 2 nights in the One-Bedroom Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed. The room was spacious and well-designed, especially for my family's needs. The continental breakfast was a delicious treat, and I loved exploring the downtown area with all its historic buildings.

The stay was quite enjoyable while visiting the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site, which was just a short walk away. I really appreciated the spacious layout of the One-Bedroom Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed. The continental breakfast was a highlight, as it offered a nice variety of yummy options each morning. The overall cleanliness of the room contributed to a pleasant experience, although the breakfast area could have been better stocked with warm food items.

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel driver took me in the hotel shuttle to the bus station.

We stayed in room 313 and there is I draft coming in through the room and wind noise. Also the lady at the front desk was very vague, we were not told our room was already paid for, and she also did not tell us that when she asked to see our credit card she was charging us for $20 per room. On a positive note the hotel was very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfy!

Cleanliness in common areas could improve!!! Slamming doors at night disrupt sleep!!! Consider upgrading outdated decor and furniture!!!
